      Amazing company; i had a problem with paperwork on a mortgage and the team at US Alliance Federal Credit Union were truly fabulous in solving the problem - they were proactive, creative & communicated with me throughout the challenge.       Great Bank - I transferred from Bank of America and it has been refreshing! I love the fact that anyone in MA can join - most credit unions are pretty closed. Just applied for a car loan this week and got a smoking rate!

      I just had a nice experience. Didn't realize they closed at 4, showed up a bit later. I waved a deposit envelope and looked sad, and they let me in to make my deposit. Offered me water too, I'd walked in the heat and probably looked like a waterfall.

      Terrible customer service, kept putting me on hold with the the same pretext... What kind of bank doesnt take calls when it only has one location? I wanted to give them no stars
