  I always come here for all banking transactions. They are very helpful, professional and friendly. The time I tried to apply for my first credit card Rubens have kindly guided me through the process. He is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I like all the staff there and would not hesitate to give them 5 stars. Thank you very much.

  As a former customer, I am writing to ask Bank of America to stop funding Enbridge's Line 3 tar sands pipeline. This unnecessary pipeline would endanger future generations with possible leaks and would add to life-threatening climate change. It would violate indigenous rights treaties and traverse wetlands. Please defund tar sands pipelines!!

  I went to the bank to withdraw quarters. They didn't have any. And you can't access your checking account at the ATM if you bring your BofA credit card.

  Everyone’s very nice but if you’re looking for quarters as of June 2021 they could only give 10 dollars at a time

  Very unprofessional! The banker advised me to borrow money from my roommate, as if he know my roommates!!!!!! he asked so many personal questions in a very unprofessional way that made me so uncomfortable. Finally Decided to switch to another bank and stop my business with them I never had a pleasant customer service with this Bank anyway, but that topped it! And am done with BoA

  Sita was super unprepared to be a teller today... It took about 10 minutes to make a withdrawal without my ATM card. So very disappointed.
