  Nice little bank with great customer service not only when you walk in but when you call they always pick up their phone unlike large banks which your calls always Route to an answering service.   We have had fantastic experiences with Rockland Trust and the Davis branch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially Vincent and Kevin. Former branch manager Charlie Gray is the best banker we've worked with in 20+ years of local banking. Fortunately, he's been promoted and works in business banking now.

  I'm a fan of small local banks in general because of their personalized service. Rockland (and its predecessor Central Bank) deliver in spades. The tellers know you by name and are very customer-focused. The staff are always willing to sit down with you and answer questions/solve problems. The cherry on top is that their web site is also excellent and it makes online banking really simple. You can pay bills, transfer funds and even deposit checks from your mobile phone. All the benefits of a big bank without the hassle and runaround you always get - and a real person answers the phone!

  JJ provides the best customer service in this bank, he always greet you and offer you a cup of tea/coffee or water. You really feels that you’re being served as his own guest. I would say, he is a great asset of this company.

  Always so friendly and helpful at this branch. I love how they always offer you a drink. I have a big thank you to JJ today. I'm relying on public transportation at the moment. I was trying to make it to the branch by 2pm for their convenient Sunday hours. However, the transit wasn't working with me and I didn't get off the train until 1:59! I called the branch in a running, out of breath, panic, asking if they could give me 2 more minutes, as it's very close to the station. To my surprise, I got a, "sure, no problem, we are here." Thank you so much JJ!! I LOVE Rockland Trust for the many locations, but they STILL stay true to a small bank feel and service!

  Charles and his group at the Davis Sqare branch are the most hospitable group of individuals I have encountered in my entire banking life. By the way I opened my first pass book savings account in 1971

  So upset lost money with the bank afer they told me my account was frozen and can't be touched till i got home to reset info or what not. What B.S now I'm without cash and negative in my account. SMH I hate banks.
