  I've been in this shop a few times to purchase but was surprised at my most recent experience trying to sell gold. I had already been quoted a scrap gold price at another pawn shop that was honest in telling me they would offer 85% of scrap value. I decided to see what this one would offer me and to my surprise I was it was a complete rip off. The scrap was weighed at 11.4g at the first shop and offered $300. The person who worked here kept asking what I would take for my gold chain scrap. I told him I did not know the value (to see what he would come up with) and he said he would offer (like) $90. I told him that was a little to little for what i was told was over 10g. He proceeded to tell me that the weight was only 6g. I bid him a nice day and sold my gold for the $300 at the first pawn shop. I will not step foot in this place again and I hope this experience helps the next person in line to not be ripped off. Honesty goes a long way.

  Have bought several guns from here both new & used always got great prices. Also have used their layaway a few times which is great everyone here is always friendly & they have lots of knowledge on the guns they have. Also have lots of ammo at good prices which is hard to find in these times.

  A neighbor purchased two guns here and told me what a great experience she had – they even had ammo for her guns. I went down to see the shop head and met Jim who was friendly, attentive, and courteous-he was also very patient with my browsing. He told me that they actually keep some ammunition in reserve so that when someone buys a gun they can buy a little bit of ammo with it. I think that is a great policy. I was very impressed with their selection. I will be back.

  Was called by an employee to say my gun purchase arrived. I get to the store and another employee tells me that he doesn’t have time to run a background check before they close. Very poor customer service. ☹️

  Would not honor request not to sell a shotgun to my brother after being informed that he had suic!dal intent (censored for safety). Every single other pawn shop honored this request and refused to sell him a gun. He went to EVERY pawn shop in Blount County trying to find a gun, and was finally able to purchase one here (at nearly full retail price, might I add). He used this gun to end his life. Staff did not show any remorse or empathy when confronted afterwards and would not allow my family to at least return said shotgun. I refuse to support those kind of people.

  Awesome local business! I have bought a shotgun and chainsaw from them. Good and reasonable prices. It is a pleasure to do business with everyone at USA Super Pawn! I would highly recommend to anyone! 👍

  Great selection of guns but a little pricey on the quality units.most of the cheaper guns are priced right but when it comes to the big guns ive seen the same for much less at buds.however as far as Blount co. goes this is the gun shop to buy from.decent selection of typical pawn stuff.lots if guitars and tools.

  Always been treated well. Have some of the best prices on guns and ammo. Some ammo even cheaper than walmart prices and have WIDE selection of calibers. Best gun store in town.

  Excellent selection of firearms, specifically milsurps. Prices are on the higher side, but they are very knowledgeable and the staff are reasonable if you are willing to work with them.
