  Buying a home can be very stressful, there are so many things that need to be done, the financial aspect being one of them. Choosing the right mortgage company is key. My experience with Mortgage Investors Group Maryville has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! If you want a top notch, professional, and caring mortgage company look no further than Mortgage Investors Group in Maryville. BTW, this review will only allow you to go as high as 5 stars, MIG Maryville is worth more than that. Huge shout out to Donna Crye and Kristin Blackberg!

  Katie Eastman was phenomenal!!! She worked so hard to make sure my loan closed relatively on time! She handled all the problems that popped up like a boss!! I am really glad I had the opportunity to work with her! She made me feel like I was being taken care of and more than just another loan to book!

  Wonderful group to work with on getting a home loan. Donna and her team were amazing to work with, fast, responsive, and reliable. If we ever need to get another mortgage we will definitely be using them again.

  I'm a first-time homebuyer and I never imagined the homebuying process could be as horrible as Mortgage Investors Group has made it. They misreported my information and told me that I was approved for a loan. Two weeks before my closing date, they informed me that I wasn't able to qualify for the loan that they initially said I was approved for. Then they told me that my only option would be to get a co-signer to qualify for a loan plus over $4,000 cash-to-close. I looked into other mortgage companies and was able to get qualified without a co-signer and a lower monthly payment. I wouldn't recommend Mortgage Investors Group to anyone that I care about.

  I am so glad our relator Rachel talley suggested us to use Donna crye. This was our second home buying experience and Donna truly made the process easy and less stressful. we had an awful experience with regions on our first home and Donna makes this so easy quick and she is just great and friendly. thank you so much Donna!! best choice!

  Kevin Carroll was great to work with. He really took care of what I needed in a refinance. Every step of the process was explained and I knew exactly what I needed to close. No surprises and great service! Thanks!

  We put a application in one day and the next day Kevin Carroll called us and said we were preapproved so we took him the necessary paperwork he needed to pursur it further and we did as he asked.. he will go far and beyond to do what it takes to help anyone he even met me at my work to get paperwork that he needed when I did not have the time to take it to him and he will go as far as he needs to help anyone get in a home it was a long process but it was worth it in the end as he walked us through the process as our 1st time buyer program and stood by our side through it all and when he said that we would get in our new home and it did happen we would recommend Kevin Carroll to anyone because he knows exactly what he is doing and is there for you anytime day or night.. just a phonecall away...   Called and gave all my information to get a loan sat around and waited a month and a half called once a week trying to get someone to answer and give me some numbers they were always busy and never called back 1 out of 5 would not recommend
