  I might need a loan in the near future so I am looking into my options and costs. (There are a lot of payday loan places.) When I do get my loan I am going to the USA Payday loan at 4124 N. Milwaukee Avenue. Why? Because Lisa (last name Love?) was polite and very professional. I felt like we were on the same team looking for a common solution. (At some other places they are condescending and disrespectful.) In short, if you need a loan, do yourself a favor and see Lisa L.

  Hah, today i went there thought a payday loan is straightforward omg! Its not the lady keep asking me all sort of left right questions called her supervisor and she was advised they need a utility bill. Believe me no where mentioned in requirement even as per state requiremen, applied to speedy cash online straightforward and simple, dont waste your time

  I called to inquire about a loan, first I was told my job isn’t acceptable, and neither is my bank. Obviously this person has never heard of a government agency so maybe they should train people or hire people that actually know something. Don’t bother going to them, they’re not going to help you.

  I absolutely love the service at this location. Horace is always welcoming and does his best to make things fair. He has never made me feel weird when I come in for help. I tell my family and friends about this location because of Horace.

  Kinda like insurance. Really hope you never need it, but glad it's there. At the beginning of the Covid crisis, found myself in a 'need' position. Got there near closing, but Vy took good care of me, even though we encountered some technical issues.

  Great place to get a payday loan in chicago. I love the staff here, they are super helpful. They also do a title loan, but I doon't know exactly what those are.

  I just heard about auto title loans, so I gave this place a call. The staff was helpful and gave me a fair rate on my title loan. They even gave me the cash advance on the spot, so no complaints from me :)

  Horrible customer service from there so called manager Linda , shes very rude and hung up on me on purpose when i was trying to talk to her about my loan and was yelling at me over the phone all cause i asked to come in on a certain day instead of being autodebited . Overall worst loan experience of my life i do not recommend USA PAYDAY LOANS Very Unprofessional , LINDA DOES NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , Shes needs to train some more and corporate should really talk to her about her attitude towards customers .
