  I visit USA pawnshop on SW. McGloughlin Blvd. There’s one amazing lady that works there always helps me and brings a smile to me her name is Aerin she is the best!! Thank you for your kind customer service. :)

  They are very helpful. It's always hard to either part with your "stuff", or scary to have it in a pawn shop, where if you cannot pay on time, you lose it. They made it very clear that my laptop would be safe, and they gave me maximum dollar amount for it. I now use their services on a regular basis, and would recommend this location to my own mother! Thank you guys!

  Sold a few outdoor items I no longer wanted and was offered a good value for them. I was there at a busy time and the employees were professional and friendly. They researched the items I was selling instead of just making up a number and the actually made it easier to part with them. Of course I could have got a better price selling them myself, but the deal was fair and immediate which is what I wanted.

  This used to be my go to place when I was low on cash and needed a loan. I was always treated with respect and anytime I felt I was being offered a shady amount they would do their best to negotiate something a little better. I have been doing business with these guys for the better part of the last ten years and they have profited thousands of dollars from me. Problem is as of late they have had a bunch of policy changes that make very little sense. Some examples... No longer accepting car audio?!?! The pawn industry was built on car audio! Putting each individual ítem on a different ticket so they can charge you loan and setup fees on each individual item! Offering more money on second time loans and never honoring it. (False Advertising) Only offering a max amount of $100 on any laptop even if it's worth $3000!!! Or not being able to take a laptop in on loan because your name is not the administrator account. This policy would kind of make sense, but I bought the laptop from them, have the receipt, the password is my name and the Manger specifically remembers me buying it cause when I bought it I found out it was broken and when I brought it back in 27 hours after I bought it to return or exchange they refused because I didn't buy their over priced warranty that was never even offered! So I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars to fix it! They change their policies from day to day and no longer provide the service that used to leave me feeling good when I walked out of their doors. When I said something to the manager Emily about my dissatisfaction I was told sorry but not sorry "it's a cut throat business". Today was my very last time doing business with them. I will take my thousands of dollars to a company who cares about their customers instead of wanting to cut my throat! Don't come here unless you like being upset and wasting your time.

  These guys have always sold to me at an amazing price. I have been able to buy pro music gear for pennies on the dollar. As a guitarist on a budget I can’t afford to play like the pros with touring gear. Thanks to the guys at USA pawn and especially Brandon for getting me into just that kind of gear! I’m beside myself with gratitude!! Thanks guys!!

  USA Pawn and Jewelry gives the best prices when it comes to gold! I went to several pawn shops and they beat all the competition by far! I've never been disappointed leaving this wonderful store!

  These people suck at their job and that is not understatement. I ask for my stuff back since I had pawn my items and want them back. No these guys lost my items then they lost my family's items. They clearly the worse company in the history period. They pretend to care but they don't. If it was there stuff it would be different. Go somewhere else to pawn unless you want it to disappear or have them sale it. They did this twice. I let it go the first time but these people don't seem to care. I didn't miss a day of payment either. DON'T GO HERE I PROMISE
