  I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I'm surprised there are so few great reviews, every time my fiancé or I have gone in to pawn something we get GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and loans higher than any other pawn shop would offer. I drive an hour and a half round trip out of my way just to go to this place. Check them out for yourself.

  I live close to USA pawn. and I love that place. they are fast and friendly whenever I go in there. And another good thing about USA Pawn is they have a lay away plan, A great option for a mother of six. And there store is clean unlike any other pawn shop I've ever been in before.

  I would have given it no stars if I could have. Where to start with man what a bunch of stellar class acts these guys are. First they have me waiting in line for45 minutes at 4:00 on Sunday June 26 2016. Then when I get to the counter they pretty much hurry new out the door because they wanna close. Doesn't give me wouldn't even look at my stuff to Hyde me legitimate offer. And gave me ridiculously low balling numbers on ps4. Pretty much didn't want to do they're pathetic little jobs a trained money could do because it was closing time. Pick any one other then this sorry excuse for pawn shop. Don't waste your time trust me

  USA Pawn is awesome. They are always fair and I never have to wait around. they have a decent selection of electronics at fair prices. as a matter of fact I think I will go over right now and get a couple of movies. why pay 20 dollars for a movie when I can go to usa pawn and pay 2.

  Wasn’t told when I did the Loan so I needed to go get cash. Whatever that’s every annoying that they have not one sign stating that. then they give me my change in coins like what the hell you deal in cash but you don’t have cash!? And when I asked for a receipt for my records I was told I didn’t need one and I would’ve gotten one if I needed one. Well I wanted one. Won’t be doing business here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

  This is my favorite pawn shop in Portland. As long as you aren't a rude arrogant asshat they treat you with respect. The only time I've ever seen the staff be rude is when a customer acts like they should be kissing the ground they walk on and when customers act like they should be getting top dollar for trash. This place has always done me right and I've never had any problems with them.

  Great place to come wonderful people have always helped me out and they take care of you even more if you actually pick up your stuff got to give a shout out to Kim she has helped me out plenty of times and she's a wonderful person a great smiles thank you guys

  They need to put on the website the items they will not accept, like fishing rods. Especially since i sold another to this place not weeks ago. Wasted gas money.

  Friendly and cool place. Me and my wife went and bought our first rifle. Savage model 15 lr. Gave us good tips on how to use it, also the rifle was in great shape and shoots good. Thx guys. Check em out!

  One of the worst pawn shops I have ever been to in my life they say on their advertising on tv you can get a loan on just about anything THAT'S NOT TRUE BECAUSE I HAD A RADIO NICE AND WALKY TALKYS AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A $10.00 LOAN ON THEM SO THEY LIE.ALL THEY DO IS LIE ITS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR TO BE HONEST WHICH THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO BE HONEST.
