  We were first time home buyers searching from thousands of miles away. It was tough enough learning the intricacies of home buying, much less having to do it all virtually. Shane and his team made our lives a lot easier through the whole process. They were always responsive, answered all our questions and regularly went out of their way to make certain we felt comfortable with every step of the process.   Shane Musselwhite is the real deal. As a real estate broker, I feel very comfortable referring clients to him because I know they will be in good hands. He's as experienced as they come, and, while careful to ensure my buyers don't get in over their heads, he pulls out all the stops to ensure they'll qualify. He does his homework in advance so buyers have the best chance for a successfully underwritten loan. And he's a true gentleman. I turn to him when I need my own financing as well.

  Shane was a terrific partner and guide during our home refinance. We had a lot of questions -- we'd never done this before! -- and Shane answered each one clearly and concisely. He gave us several excellent options to choose from, and didn't blink an eye when we asked him to switch the terms from a no-cash-out to a cash-out refinance. We're two self-employed people, and we were a little worried about the volume of paperwork that might be required to prove our income. But Shane is organized and clear in his process, and he made it easy to find and deliver the paperwork and documentation needed. To top things off, Shane is very kind, patient and respectful. Working with Shane was a big win all around.
