  I never write reviews about anything but Jesse Sanford is the best person I've ever worked with. He was always there when we needed him. He helped my sister get her house and now he has done the same for me. Anytime I hear someone is trying to buy a house I will be giving them his info.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of having Ryan as our loan officer. He was amazing!! He was there for us day and night, weekends, holidays, family vacations... he was always there for us. We really appreciate his professionalism and genuine care and concern regarding us as clients and first-time home buyers. I will be recommending Ryan to all of my friends, family and associates.   Paul Walker was readily available anytime I had questions or concerns during the loan process up to the day we closed on our house. I loved the fact that he made himself available on the weekends so I never had to wait till Monday if I had concerns. He was always pleasant, upbeat, professional and very easy to work with. Paul helped with gathering the documents that we needed and if he couldn't get them he always lead me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I would like to say that I made a friend during the whole process, that's how easy it was to work with Paul.

  Extremely helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. Getting things done quickly. Being extremely patient with me even when I felt i had to many questions. Was the best experience I've ever had. My real estate agent told me she had never dealt with anyone as quick and thorough as she did with Jesse.

  We got an FHA loan through Jesse Sanford with Equity Prime Mortgage. We were first time home buyers and Jesse was very helpful and informative through the whole process and made it simple. He even helped us improve our credit! He was always there and answered the phone no matter what time of day or night I called him. He is so kind and personable and did everything he could to help us succeed! I highly recommend him if you need a mortgage.

  Everything about working with Equity Prime was fantastic. The communication is wonderful, they are always there to answer any questions you have. They promised a certain close date and achieved that date, we closed in UNDER 30 days. This was our first time buying a home and it was completely hassle free. I will continue to use this company for all my mortgage needs now and in the future. I will refer friends and family. I truly can't thank them enough for everything they've done.

  My wife and I are by no means new to real estate. We have bought, sold, and refinanced multiple properties, personally and professionally, and have used Equity Prime and Ryan Sanford for lending on many of those transactions. We expect a high level of service and professionalism out of Ryan's team and they deliver every time. Our most recent deal was no exception. This one was a dual closing in which we were closing a sale and a purchase at the same time. Ryan's team had the closing done in 15 minutes and both transactions funded in just a few hours. By noon the same day we were moving into our new home. Not only did Equity Prime get us in our home quick, they also got us in with the best loan terms possible. Without a doubt we will be returning to Ryan and Equity Prime for future refinances and purchases.

  Ryan Sanford and his team went above and beyond the Closing Tasks. Got me the best deal out there for my Credit Score. Bori that did all the paperwork was excellent.   They were great. Always quick to answer our questions. Very friendly. The best part of their service is how convenient they made everything for us. We live in California and buying in Missouri, and they sent a notary to us instead of just sending the paperwork and us needing to look for someone to help (this happened to us in a previous purchase with another agency. It was a pain).
