  The selling of my home and buying of this home was a nightmare. Charlotte was the calm in the midst of the storm. She was very honest about the difficulties that could arise with a Bermed home in regards to financing and insurance. She was a wealth of information in directing me to the right people with my insurance needs. I have always referred to her as Crossville's own Lady Diana due to her poise and grace and overall knowledge and professionalism.

  There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Charlotte and her team are. For 8 months she walked us through the buying process from how to obtain credit scores, paying off debt, etc. that ensured that we got approved for the loan when the time came. From that point on, they were able to get us a wonderful loan, great rates and closing within 30ish days!! They are truly invested into getting people approved and into their dream homes.   Even if Charlotte wasn't my wife, I would send any and all customers I could to her for their financing. Over 44 years, she developed a reputation amongst the Realtor community. "If Charlotte Goodwin says she can make the loan work, it closes.." She knows underwriting so well, she knows what the potential problems are, and she deals with them early. Bottom line, if there is a way to make it work, she'll figure it out and get the loan done for you!!! (And you'll love her southern accent and hospitality....)
