  USA Funding provided my business with the knowledge we needed to obtain our SBA loan. We struggled for months, and even were turned town, before we were referred to USA Funding. USA's staff was professional, and friendly and worked diligently to help us secure a loan. Their knowledge in the industry and how to handle all aspects of the process, was impressive. They know how to navigate the system which can be complicated and sometimes impossible, but they made it extremely easy. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking to get a loan and would have saved myself MONTHS of stress if I went to them sooner

  Update: Rule #1 of a broker that can scam you is if he takes a deposit upfront, an honest broker gets paid by honestly delivering, consumer beware! Zero stars, John Fudge has well prepared contracts to deviate from what he promised you, try challenging him.. oh boy he goes on the defense that you are the one breaking the contract etc, he is an outright lier! Promises one thing and delivers a total other thing, Run far!! He takes deposit and does not deliver what he promises

  I have no idea who this is? Please leave your name or the name of your business. I do not appreciate fake Google reviews. Even what you’re saying doesn’t make sense? How can I prepare contracts that are different from what I’m saying? The contract has been standard for years in our office and every client reads the contract before they sign it? Correct? How could a contract be different from what I’m saying if you read it? If you would identify the name of your business, and when we did business, I will be happy to pull your file and discuss in detail what has transpired. We have been in business for over 30 years and enjoy an excellent reputation. Please list the name of your business and your name and I will identify exactly what the situation was, post the contract and explain in detail!

  I have nothing but great things to say about John Fudge and USA Funding. Without John’s hard work and dedication my sba loan would’ve never been approved and funded. I was able to purchase the business of my dreams all thanks to the expertise of John Fudge and USA Funding. We were in limbo on a deal for almost a year and after hiring John we were able to close quickly without any issues. He’s a magic maker! John knows the in’s and out’s of this business and it really shows. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.   Top-notch service! I am very thankful for John Fudge and his help with my commercial building purchase. He was professional, and very responsive throughout the whole process.   What can we say? If we could give these guys a 100 stars we would! We were recommended to John at USA Funding by a good customer. We were trying to buy the commercial building our business was in. After getting no where with Wells Fargo we were in dire need to get a mortgage. John was unbelievably PROFESSIONAL and truly CARED about us. What speaks volumes is he got us this building during the height of Covid when banks were scared. He was truly the best thing to happen to us. Thank you so much to the whole Usa Funding crew that made our dreams come true. You guys were the best!!!!

  I would give John Fudge 0 stars if they let me. Terrible service. charged me for services not provided. Do not use this company for any funding. John Fudge gave us false info. He is fast talking scammer.

  This borrower tried to circumvent my company and close a loan with Manasquan Bank, which I provided, and tried to avoid pay my fee. Manasquan Bank would not allow this so the borrower excepted the loan and paid the fee. They are angry and frustrated they were not able to circumvent their contractual obligation. This is a case of sour grapes. I have the contract if anybody would like to read it. It’s a shame that people use Google for blackmail

  USA Funding found a new bank to support a $2.3M new mortgage on my building and all other business services. It is a smaller bank but with personal service. I have developed a good relationship with my account rep and have been very happy with the service. I owe it all to USA Funding.

  John did a unbelievable job for us. He scheduled meetings with 6 banks and we had multiple offers in 2 weeks! And he worked with us when we reviewing the offers!

  I assumed from their business name, which included "funding" that they were a mortgage broker. I was never told exactly what they did at our meeting, which is similar to a credit repair company. The representative wanted to set up meeting with a bank person but said I needed to pay $2,500 to USA Funding first. It was only then, when I asked what it was for, he said it was for setting up the meeting. When I asked; aren't you a mortgage broker???? I was then told, NO. Their business name is very misleading.

This person is not a client of ours and I have no idea what he is taking about? We offer no residential loans and don't charge people to set up meetings. whomever this is, PLEASE feel free to call me.... 732-780-9180 ex. 311 and I will gladly prove this to you. Its a shame Google allows people to post this without identifying themselves or proving they are even talking about the correct business.
