  I’ve been coming here for many years now. This older lady that always works there is rude had a bad stinky attitude. She shouldn’t work in customer service. People feel very uncomfortable when they go there can’t even answer a simple question and always has a bad attitude for some reason. This needs change

  When In and I got the most ridiculous response, I tried to cash a check, and apparently there needs some lady to approve a 700$ check?!?! I thought this place is a CHECK CASHING place it’s 2:30 and you guys couldn’t cash it, what a joke

  We apologize for not being able to cash your check. As a new customer it is necessary for us to be able to contact the company who issued you the check in order for us to be able to verify it. Unfortunately, the office of the company who issued you the check was closed at the time you came in to our store.   Very rude lady over the phone and she literally asked me for my name once and I didn't answer her right away so she says yooouur naaaamee in such an annoyed way and she was barely on the phone with me for literally 10seconds that lady had no customer service and not patient at all. Thursday at 6:46pm. Rude rude rude, there are plenty of other people who need a job and will have great customer service.

  Elena helped two customers at the same time, and still provided an excellent service. She makes a difference! Rates are lower than money tree and the first time it's free.

  There's a lady that answers the phone she won't give her name out . she knows she's being very rude she answered my call and she rushed me to speak because she had another customer she was helping at the store. If she can't answer a simple question with respect and also attend a customer in store she shouldn't answer the phone.

  For years I've cashed checks and I've never had a problem with them I've cashed payroll checks, company checks ,business checks tax s chest and stimulus. They aways help me#

  The lady that helped me didn't accept my bank statement for a loan so I went to Moneytree and they did accept it but she was definitely beautiful .

  Ive been a customer to this location for a few years now and iam surpriced that the customer that made the previous review was not aware of the hours??there schedules are posted in the store.....anyway this store has given me excellent service from the get go,from cashing my check to giving me payday advances .... This is the only place that offers the first pay advance free : ) ...i was happy to hear that hahaha.. overall my experience like i mentioned has been awsome the girls always try their best to have me in and out of there fast ...

  I went in to send money and buy money orders to pay bills and fax.I have to say that those employees at that store r very professionals and courteous they go out of the way to help you they get a ten
