  Holly is simply awesome!! Best customer service in Ogden! Kind, prompt, knowlegeable, and a great sense of humor! I'll never go anywhere else in a pinch!! Customer service is everything, and she's got it! I would fully recommend the 2nd Street branch all day long!

  Holly fron 2nd Street location gave me incorrect information and sent me on the run around for 3 days. If you need a loan go to the 36th Street location and ask for Yessi. She is AWESOME!!!

  I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE STORE ON 2ND STREET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT STANDING AND THEY REALLY TRY TO BENEFIT YOU AS A CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF THEMSELVES. I NEEDED A LOAN WAY BAD AND WAS DENIED EVERYWHERE ELSE I WENT, LITTLE DID I KNOW AT THE TIME I DIDN'T QUALIFY FOR A INSTALLMENT OR PAYDAY BUT I DID HAVE A TITLE ON MY CAR THAT WAS USEABLE. I WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND I WASN'T OUT ANYTHING.. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO USA CASH SERVICES !!! ---Rachel
