  Joy is an amazing loan facilitator. She goes above and beyond to serve the needs of her many customers. Customer service at this facility is phenomenal and is due to Joy and Jimmy and their management team that run the facility. I would highly recommend USA Cash Services as your one-stop destination for long and short term loans. You won't be disappointed!

  I have been a customer on and off with usa cash for years now. And they may not be the cheapest but when it comes to customer service , they are the best. Joy is always super kind and truly seems to care about us...the customer. She always greets me kindly and makes our transactions very simple and understandable. I would recommend them to anyone and if all business hired people like Joy to take care of their customers , the world would be a better place.

  Liz was a complete joy to do business with. every question I had , she had the answer to put my mind at ease I don’t like getting loans. I will definitely be back when I need a loan. She was very easy to talk to and did not make me feel uncomfortable in anyway. Thank you Liz

  I worked for USA Cash Services, from May 2017 to April 2020. I thoroughly enjoyed working there. Customer service is most important and USA Cash Services is honest, understanding and trustworthy. There products are less expensive, compared to competitive loan companies. I was grateful for upper management. They were supportive and always available to help. (Thank you Janet, Heidi and David). I felt comfortable elevating issues and knew that management would be there to support the customers, me and my store. All my personal requests were granted and fulfilled, in a timely manner and I was always treated with dignity and respect. The customers at this location have a piece of my heart and are outstanding people who will be missed. I left this job, due to personal reasons, nothing having to do with the company. I would highly recommend USA Cash Services for your loan needs and I give them 5 stars, as an employer.
