  Gonzo was phenomenal! This process was quick and easy I knew what I wanted he did the paper work and got me in and out! I would definitely recommend US Auto

  Run as fast as you can away from here. My husband and I have paid since 2016 on his car and never had an issue until now. Now every time we make a payment, the car is able to be cranked once and then when we try to crank a 2nd time, it is shut off and won’t do anything. This poses a HUGE problem when it happens prior to their business hours and you can’t get anyone to help what so ever. Right now, I’m currently late for work, husband is going to be late. All because my husband’s car is at a gas station, and won’t crank even though payment was made. Unless you want to be stranded, don’t give US Auto any of your business. Find someone else.
