  It is a 50/50 chance that will be getting another car from here. I love my vehicle however was not told had to pick up my plates. My vehicle was leaking and i hadnt had it 2 days but because i went 42 miles over their 300 mile limit for exchange they wanted me to go to a shop and of course i would have been without my vehicle for at least another 4 days. Lucky for them a friend that knew what to do fixed it the same day. The vehicle smelled of smoke when I first got it took at least 3 weeks to get it out. The corporate office the guy that works in title is rude as hell. If i didnt like the vehicle so much now they would have gotten a one star because once they sale you the vehicle they want nothing else to do with you

  I just bought a car on Friday. The customer service was great. Dwight Copeland was my salesman and made the car buying experience smooth and easy. I would recommend giving them a try. All of these other reviews about high interest and upside down you have to ignore. Anyone that goes to a Buy Here/Pay Here lot knows why you are there. Because you can't get a car anywhere else. Make your payments on time and they won't shut your car off either. It's common sense. Have a great day!

  I cannot express the gratitude that I have because it is so much gratitude for Randy. Randy was the best customer service guy that I have ever received in my life. They helped me in so many ways and took so much pressure off of me and got me into a vehicle in no time. I was in and out from the time I got there to tihe time I left with a new vehicle in an hour. This place will work with you and so many ways and you will receive the best customer service in your life and probably friends for the rest of your life I want to say thank you again for saving me and my family from hardship and a bright future thank you again so much I look forward to doing business with you for a long time and I will be bringing you business.   Mike Leary is a very cool and respectful salesperson! He takes care of his customers and treats them all with respect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car! The rest of the staff is amazing as well, Russell Smith, and Dwight! They have all been great and very approachable!

  They only even deserve a 1 but had to do something to put the review in. My car was priced at 17,000 something before financing and its only worth 9k like seriously!! And had my payments extremely high. I will take my loss because I have no choice now but I would not recommend this car lot I wish i would have went back to carmax smh 😡

  I’ve always heard about USAuto sales but I’d never thought to actually get a car from there until recently. I had driven to 3 different lots and didn’t receive HALF the attention from the other car dealerships that I received from here. From start to finish Thomas had us both laughing and relaxed with his professionalism and attention to detail. We were able to purchase a car without pressure or the feeling of just being another number. This dealership made us feel as though they truly wanted to sell us a car that worked for us, I have nothing but good things to say about USAuto!

  The getting the car part was ok had to put down more than 2000 dollars then they don’t like to give you payment arrangements even if they know how long you’ve had the car and how well you pay them. If I could go back and find a different place I definitely would! They only allow you 5 days before they shut your car down not even a full week!

  I was very pleased with the service my salesman Mr Randy was very helpful and real courtesy I would highly recommend him for all my car shopping needs if it wasn't for Mr Randy respect I would of went elsewhere so good job!!!!
