  The staff at US AUTO SALES in Columbia are the best. They have a no pressure sales approach. Darren was my salesman and he worked diligently to get me the car I wanted. Thanks so much.   This is the absolute worse place to buy a car ! Pleasssseeeee I repeat PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! I was so desperate for a car not realizing the Interest rate was 15% and the car amount I’m paying for the car ended up doubling. Long story short the car is now upside down , and no one will refinance it. If you ever come to a point where you can’t make your payment ! They do not care! THEY WILL CUT YOUR CAR OFF! Never get a car from a company that uses the pass time device ! It’s not right. Customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE ! They all make up lies and tell you different things they are not trained well and none of them possess professionalism skills. I really regret that I ever got a car with this company I hate them I hate to even look at the building ! I’m really hoping they go out of business. I’m always warning people about this company and I will not stop speaking up . Had all the reviews been there when I got my car it would have saved me money and time! Do not buy please listen to me do your research shop around for a better car . It will be worth it in the end .

  Do not I repeat do NOT go here to get a car. They sold me a bad car and won’t do anything about it. They expect me to pay almost $4,000 to get a car fixed that clearly had mechanical issues before they sold it to me. How does a 2012 Ford Focus engine goes bad in 5 months?? Right! Fred is the one who sold the car to me and only because I went there by myself because I was so excited about purchasing my very 1st car. Horrible experience. I ignored all the signs like a crazy person and they STILL let me down. I Can’t wait til my lawyer gets in the mix of this because it will get handled the right way!

  I have had the worst experience with US Auto Sales in Columbia. I purchased my car July 30 2016. The second week my check engine light came on. Oh course i called customer service(call center in Ga) and got the run around. Since then my car has been in the shop 4 times total its in the shop now as we speak now . The repairs are adding up and on top of that they are adding the repairs to my car note. The warranty is not even covering my repairs. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company . They are full of it. Ive been missing work because of the lemon I purchased no one has contacted me. I always have to call and get transferred from place to place . They take advantage of single working moms. Its a shame Ive complained nothing has happen not even an apology. My boss is seeing how I have been taken advantage of and we will be writing the attorney general, and South Carolina Dept. of consumer Affairs. DO NOT trust these people. Do your research before dealing with US Auto Sales in Georgia or South Carolina. I had to give a star just to post this.If it was up to me they will have no stars. I hate this place.

  My experience @ Us Auto Sales was indeed a great and stress free one. The professionalism was Superb. Saafyre was the epitome of a car sales person. I will definitely consider and recommend US Auto Sales!!!

  People are nice but not a good company to buy a car. I bought a car 8 months ago and have had trouble with it every since. They would not help fix the car. Keep sending me to there mechanic and never could get in. Called there corporate headquarters in GA and they keep saying I will call you back but never call. My wife paid car note and was short $10 dollars and they called me everyday for 4 days but when I called about my car being fixed, they are always out the office. If you can do not buy a car from here. There best line to say is that they care about customer service and they will call you shortly and NEVER NEVER NEVER CALL YOU BACK BUT WILL CALL FOR THE CAR PAYMENT..

  Save yourself the headache with these people after having my car almost a year they disabled my car over $20 with no warning because I paid my car payment 6 days early! That’s after they lost $125 dollar payment and I never got it back and i let it go. Save your energy and hard earned money for people who do business with INTEGRITY

  This place is full of you know what. They put you in upside down deals and nobody realizes it before it's to late. And that's exactly what happened to me. 2 months ago I had the car appraised for the actual price which is 11,700. When I got the car, it was priced at 18,000. As I made payments for a whole year I notice the balance wasn't changing come to find out I was paying the interest on it and not making the actual payments. Do my advice is that NO ONE BUYS ANYTHING FROM THEM. Because I can assure you, you will be mad in the long run.
