      US Auto Sales andJamaal Berry are a scam they will tell you one thing and do another, they break promises, outright lie to your face and sell you cars at outrageous prices that start messing up within a month or two. Iwouldnt tell any one to use this place. Also when you are getting a car from them, part of the process is where they tell you to give them a positive Google review while they are sitting there and to be sure to put their names on it. They check your phone to make sure you posted it. This is part of their PROCESS! So how many of their positive reviews are genuine and not forced?

      I just want to say all the staff there is amazing! But Ronnie Andrews is heaven sent!!! He was patient and worked with just what I had. I am so blessed to have met him today!       If I could give negative stars I would. So I went to this dealership one week ago to purchase a vehicle; I decided not to after I made my down payment and in the process of signing my paperwork. I was told by the assistant store manager that in 7 days my money would be refunded back to my account. Guess what today makes 7 days and the money is NOT in my account. I called this morning to speak with the store manager Marcus. Very rude and unprofessional is an understatement for the way he cut me off in the middle of what I was saying. He begin to tell me, " I processed it yesterday that's why I had Shannetta to call you for your card number." First of all, my refund process should have started the moment I decided NOT TO PURCHASE! Well sadly to say, if it was processed yesterday, my bank would show a pending deposit by now. Needless to say, I have had to go a step farther with this. I guess because it's not one of them they don't understand people need their money. When I called yesterday, I was told, the person whom I asked to speak with was not at work and had their calls transferred to their personal cell phone. What kind of business is this? You know you work hard to pay for things you need such as medicine, rent, mortgages, insurance, and anything else in which you want and need. You go to places and feel like ok they're trust worthy because of the picture in which they paint for you; however, as soon as you don't purchase from them BOOM it's pure hell to pay. Nobody has called to even apologize about this matter. In the mean time, I'm online writing reviews and doing complaints. I WANT MY MONEY! It took seconds for my card to be swiped and I should have been able to come in the store and swipe to get my money back. A friend of mine friend went through almost the same thing to get her money back and I REFUSE to be the second victim about my money. I can't express how important it is to have consistency when you are in ANY type of business. Even their corporate office attempted to give me the run around. I will email ever office in the state so that I can get my money back if I have to. By the time I'm finished, they'll do thing how they are supposed to: sign your paperwork then make the down payment! Don't be afraid to show that final cost off from the beginning. I hate businesses that keeps the facts away from you.

      My husband I recently purchased a car from this dealership. They will tell you anything over the phone to get you in the store. We informed the sales person that we are on a FIXED income and did not want to have such a huge down payment. We ended up with a 2012 Ford Focus and put down a reasonable amount of money. We understood the fact that this place helps people with challenged credit and the sales person repeated that several time. We were not sure of insurance companies because we are new to the Macon, GA area. So they offered the company that they do business with. We put down $98 and were told our monthly insurance would be $73 a month. About 2 weeks after we made our car note payment and insurance payment this insurance company called and said we did not make our payment. We never received any correspondence in the mail for this additional company and the representative on the phone was rude and said if we did not pay it now they would shut off our car. I don't understand how you can pay for something that you don't know anything about and by this time it was already 11 days past due. I asked the lady why would someone wait 11 days to say that a car insurance payment is past due? My husband returned to the dealership and they were not very helpful on this matter. In turn we are also upset because we could not get a service report on the last maintenance of the car and Carfax will charge you $39 for a report. We would have rather spent our money at Joe Smoes car lot then this very unorganized car lot and the out source payment centers. It is not even worthy of one star but I had no choice.
