  After my first experience at Howard’s years ago I decided to quit wasting time with other stores. They always have the lowest prices and give the most for your trade of anyone in town. I’m not sure how they do it! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable no matter who you speak with. I always feel that I have been dealt with fairly. If you don’t check with Howard’s before your next gun transaction you are probably leaving money on the table.

  I purchased a new Kimber K6S Target revolver in September, due to the poor lighting it appeared to have been shot a lot, however the staff said it was new. Once I got it home I cleaned it and it was extremely dirty. I called Kimber and they said it should be clean from the factory. Either they sold me a old pistol or the staff decided to shoot it, either way I do not recommend this dealer.

  Hi Richard. I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase from us. I did just check our records and verified we received the revolver directly from Kimber 13 days prior to you buying it. I can assure you our staff does not shoot our new inventory. We don’t even have a range here. Although Kimber may clean their firearms after test firing it’s certainly possible a Kimber employee let one slip through the cracks. If you would like a refund we would be happy to offer you one.

  I went into Howard's today looking for a very specific gun. When I got to the gun counter I was helped by James. He immediately took me to exactly what I was looking for, didn't try to push me towards anything else. I got exactly what I wanted with amazing customer service and a deal way better than I was hoping for! I have bought several guns from there before and always had awesome service! I would highly recommend Howard's for anything you're looking for! They have tons of other cool stuff to besides guns!
