  A huge KUDOS! Everything that can go wromg has gone WRONG! However in a society were compassion and true customer service died with chivalry. It is nice to be appreciated, valued and experience sincere true customer service. RaShonda and ShaSha go above the call of duty and make you feel like more than a sale. I was having doubts. However, both of these ladies stood by me and saw this sale the end. I signed my paperwork and walked away with my 2016 Cherokee Sport. Thanks ladies don't change! The world needs more people LIKE YOU 2!

  I did not have a good experience with this car lot. I was there for 2 hours, i was upfront with them on what i could do. The sales man was rude when i got there, was on his cell phone acted like didn't have time to help me. I had an appointment with William and he was off that day.

  This is actually my first time getting a car on my own and i can honestly say it was my best experience. I did think they were gonna cheat me at first because thats just who i am. But at the end they made sure i was safe and chose the RIGHT car.All with the help of Sha Sha Mobley at US Auto in Florence , Sc. I will recommend choosing them for anyone i come across.   So my sales rep was Doc. and he is absolutely amazing to work with! He really cares about his customers and makes sure you have the best experience possible. When your ready to buy ask for DOC.   If I could give no stars I would. When I had the oil changed the first time the drain plug was loose. Repeatedly had electrical issues with the vehicle. Every month there was a complication making my payment. Please go else where it will save you a lot of trouble. Update: Although I responded to the email that was given me, someone did reach out via email and left a call back number. Unfortunately it goes to voicemail regardless of what time of day I call. When ever I cal their general number I am pointed in circles between the dealership, warranty people and corporate with no real answers....still deserving of a zero star rating in customer service especially since the vehicle i purchased was manufactured in 2016 and has been in the shop for almost the last two months with the same issue trying to be fixed.
