  They gnashed upon me with their teeth. As for me, a property owner, I give this property manager a grade of F- in return for absolute poor service. She is not merely a failure, but a complete failure at managing my properties. She did not consider my best interests, that’s for sure. But be of good cheer, I found a new property manager who is qualified and willing to help me. In case of malicious responses to this simple review, so shall the responders spiral around and crash in their own violence, because it is not my fault. Be at peace.

  if you like wasted money on someone else's property then deal with them. They charge $200 more than rent should be for the area. When it comes time to fix things in the home they go for the lowest paying contractor n than still won't give them. what they need for proper repairs. I'm now leaving because I've been having electrical problems which makes my electric bill bill almost $400 a month. I have spent so much money paying for this home out of my own pocket and exterminators that I just can't afford to live here any longer. it's been a hard ship on my family and extremely hard to save to prosper in their property. Update SEPTEMBER 29 2020 THIS home is basically falling apart. FLOORS CAVING IN. SINK disintegrating call it's and sewage backups ceiling separating from molding a leak in the ceiling n much more. Now i am afraid to ask for repairs due to the mood the woman that takes the phone calls gives me but I have no choice because I have to put it in record and Its hard to save n I've been stuck here for years due to the high electrical bill because of old wiring. Than n employee that answers the phone seem to be annoyed with me for asking them for repairs. I have live in only two homes in my life n this is the WORST.

  Great company! They manage a property for me and do such a great job. You can't go wrong working with them.

  The agent talked over us multiple times and sent us spammy emails for months with listings that didn't even match what we said we were looking for. We found a much better agent elsewhere.
