  Amazing experience! I have worked with other banks and closed on my homes in the past and my experience with UpEquity has by far been the best! My Loan Officer Greg Gottsacker was very quick to respond to all my calls and emails. The whole process took 3 weeks!!!! They even offered the best rate than the competition. I am very happy with Upequity and would definitely recommend!

  I simply can’t say enough about the great job UpEquity, and especially Sandra Zuniga, did for me with my refinance. From the moment we started I could tell they were dedicated to their customer service and taking care of their clients. Even though English is my second language and I had a hard time understanding some things, Sandra was patient and always in contact. She even left her cell number so I could call her after business hours. UpEquity did exactly what they said. They locked my rate and closed the loan two weeks later! They were thorough, professional and friendly. You won’t go wrong with UpEquity or their team. They were fast, had the lowest rates, and the best communication. I highly recommend them.

  UpEquity is an amazing company. Greg my loan officer was so very helpful and easy to communicate with. Their rates were great and customer service was amazing. Do business with this company and hope you get Greg Gottsacker as a loan officer. Closing was fast..the easiest mortgage process I have been through.

  UpEquity was very smooth. I’m a first-time homebuyer and UpEquity along with my loan officer, Joseph Perez, made purchasing a house so easy. Joseph always answered my questions in a timely manner, no matter how many questions I had for him about the process or the contract before ever signing anything. Their Strong Buyer program is what made me super interested in them. Basically if you qualify for what they call a Strong Buyer they’ll purchase the house with cash, then turn it into a loan for you. The house still needs to be appraised, which makes sense, so it still is much like a loan offer. The whole process from initial questioning, signing the lender contract, and closing the house took only 1 month. SUPER fast. Thank you so much Joseph and UpEquity for helping me attain this milestone. Still am dumbfounded.

  Buying a new home or refinancing a home, I have been through the process a few times in my life. None of them were what I would refer to as fun processes. It mostly involves gathering a bunch of paperwork to send in and then gathering a bunch more paperwork and then providing more documents at the lenders request. It is lengthy and exhausting! Sandra and UpEquity were delightful to deal with through the whole process. Sandra was informative and punctual which was pleasant. The online setup allowed my wife and I to upload all requested documents and easily helped us along through the transaction. I highly recommend UpEquity if you are buying or refinancing a house. If you are lucky enough you will also get the chance to work with Sandra. I would definitely recommend her. She made herself available to us anytime we needed her. Thank you so much Sandra!

  I knew rates were low and would be going up sooner than later. So I went to Bankrate to check offers and numbers. I have unique situation as a W2 employee of my own company, so qualifying has been an issue with new IRS and FHA rules for "self employed." We drive the economy, but our government treats us like dirt - taxes and capricious rules for home loans. Yet, UpEquity and Sandra Z, made it simple, cheap and got it done within the rules and our needs. Closed in about 3 weeks. We did a 10 year and hope to have the house paid off in 6-7 years! Thanks Sandra. Great customer service! Hope you have a great 2022!

  I wanted to refinance my home, after inquiring many lenders including my current mortgage lender I was not able to get what I wanted. I found UpEquity during my research for lenders and got connected to Amanda. In 3 -4 weeks i have my refinance paper done and it was an amazing experience. Very simple, fully automated, at the same time Amanda was always available, quite flexible. I endorse the service and super happy to refinance with UpEquity. One of the best service I ever received.

  The team (Lorin and Monica) provided the best customer focused service I have experienced in a very long time. They were both in constant contact every step of the way, let me know about a few issues that arose and how we could "work" around them. I felt as if I was their only customer and nothing passed by them without notice and attention.
