  Where do I start. I bought a used home and property from palm. And I worked with Ronnie. I wanted to buy my first house for my family. I accept I should have done more research and not put all my faith and trust in someone I don’t know. But I was so exited. And Ronnie made me feel so Insured. There was some problems with the house such as bad spots in the floor leaking roof holes in wall and plumbing issues. I was promised that all this is going to be fixed and the foundation was going to be redone and included to the cost. it took months for a contractor to come and fix half of the roof and leave it unfinished for another month I called and called pal and Ronnie they told me it’s somthing I need to talk with the contractor about. After begging for weeks he finally came out and finished the roof. But it had rained and my roof has spots and smelled moldy for quite some time. The contractor never fixed anything els even tho it was promise on paper and with a hand shake . After one year in the house the paint peeled off the exterior walls reviling rotten wood that had been painted over to look good . The ac quit working I found out that it’s no good and was just filled with Freon to make it last long enuf to sell to a sucker. The hot water heater rotted out the bottom of old age and ruend the rest of the floor that they where supposed to fix . Every wall socket in the house has burnt up and the breakers are constintly poping. The worst of all the house is leaning side to side so it’s like the house is splitting down the middle because the foundashon was never done. Just another pitch to Make the deal sound sweeter. I was suvearly ripped off Ronnie payed off the inspectors to rite a good bill of health for the house. When In reality they knew it was a disaster So on top of my mortgage and supporting my family I have to Spend so much money marking repairs to keep this house livable Learn from my mistake if your young and exited to buy your first house pay an inspector you find to check it out for you don’t let the realtor or sales person do anything for you because they will rip you off. I will say there new homes look very nice. And I had a good experience in office but after you sigh. Your on your own and they don’t care

  Very nice service! I walked in determined to buy a house and they helped me with everything i needed. They were very understanding considering I have never purchased a home! I am very excited to go back and purchase my new home!!

  I am a real person who has a recording of a conversation that took place between Mike and one of his potential clients. The conversation was based on a review that was given to the establishment and their customer service and he was very domineering through the whole ordeal. He comes across as a bully when he calls potential clients back to coerce their decision on any bad reviews. People should be able to openly express their opinions on customer service without the fear of getting a call back from an employee with the intent to change their mind.

  The best in the industry! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. The sales manager Shane Sanders is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place!
