  This branch is wonderful. Everyone from the manager down is so helpful in everyway. Kristin Horoff was so helpful during the pandemic, anywhere from my PPP loans to my daily business and personal banking needs. This team is phenomenal in what they do. They carried me and my business through this pandemic. I truly appreciate Univest and everything they do for me. My only critique is that they dont serve coffee at rhe drive through or branch.

  Last week my account was over drawn due to electronic payments I had not accounted for. They began to add up and by the time I checked my account I was significantly in the red. I went to this branch and Taylor helped me get it taken care of. She listened to me, was receptive to my position, treated me like a person, and put me in direct contact with a manager who resolved the issue. She is a great teller and from what I could tell a good person. Univest needs more employees like her. Thanks for your help!

  This branch is the most comfortable branch in the area. The staff makes you feel very welcomed. I worked with Moncy with a couple of my loans and needs. He delivered every single time! He is very professional and knowledgeable on what he does. The man leads this team into success. I always recommend family and friends to Univest , especially the Hatboro branch.
