  I want to tell you both David Vickers, who helped me set up my Home Equity Loan, and Justin Sherwood, who has helped me not only when David was busy, but on two other occasions to delete accounts on my bill payment list and transfer money from my checking account against my loan. They both have been outstanding!

  I have no other issues with this place, but ever since ya'll started updating your system and completely got rid of your original app, I have had all kinds of problems simply depositing my paychecks. This is a perfectly valid check, there is no reason for your ATM to not accept it! I work throughout the week unable to come during your open hours, and I am sick of not being able to deposit my money here and being forced to cash it out elsewhere with fees! Fix it!

  Just had a wonderful experience with one of the loan officers Randi. She was polite, helpful, and got my application response within MINUTES! I have talked to her before and found that she is a caring person who is concerned about the welfare of others.

  I can never get anyone on the phone to make my payment. Hour on hold. You should want to take my money. Not leave me on hold. When this little loan is over I'm going to get out of there so quick it'll make your head spin.

  I don't know what it is about this location. The energy is off. (Read between the lines). I've had two interactions that soured the mood and though it's the closer location, I'd much rather visit the Meijer location. I will say, Scott is a great help. Twice, I've worked with him and both interactions were pleasant. Moving forward, that's the only way I'd set foot in here again.

  Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with once my loans paid off I’ll never come back wait half a hour to even talk to someone then they never can help you.

  My credit report shows this company pulled a hard inquiry on my credit. However I have never dealt with this company and I live in Missouri.
