  What can you say about an institution that is always there for you financially. I've been banking with Fifth Third for years and never had one bad experience once. We were attacked by hackers and a scam and they shut it down immediately not only did they protect us but we received our money back. For anyone wanting to be treated in a professional atmosphere and get treated like a human being I would suggest this institution to anyone. God bless.

  I had an account with fifth third when I was in college and they would always give me inaccurate info on my account balance and I overthrew a couple of times because of it. Instead of doing the right thing and apologizing they were nasty to me about it and charged me multiple $50 overdraft fees. I've known other college kids they did that to as well. These people are scam artists who prey on the young and vulnerable. I honestly can't believe they're in business anymore.

  This location is THE BEST out of all the other Fifth Thirds in town. Even though sometimes it is hard to get a hold of the branch, their customer service is stupendous. I had some issues with a few credit cards and Julie was more than helpful, going out of her way to make sure I understood everything that was going on with my accounts and working with me to see what was best to do in my situation. She even gave me her direct line to make sure that if I had any more questions, she would be able to take care of it instead of one of the tellers (I had a bad experience with a teller at another location that screwed me over). Thanks for all of your help!

  We love the people of this bank, Tami, James Wheeler, Julie, Matt, Zach, Christine, Makisha(we miss her). They know us by our name. They always remember my birthday!!!! They have asked us about our daughter in the mission field, they remember about my missionary trip. We avoid other 5/3 branches if we can. This branch have been special to us. We love you all.   They promise me interest on the money market account and misinform me to keep the money waiting for the interests and end up making me loose $500 interest in 2 months . I still have their emails with the promised interest . Also they take cut monthly from saving account . Be carful with this branch and move your money to a bank you could trust . I had to move my money to chase bank . If they have real audits they are up for surprise . I field a complain and got me respond back . It seems like a careless fishy disorganized bank .

  We have been with Fifth/Third for a number of years. They genuinely care for their customers. They are friendly and professional. I have been banking for over fifty years. I have never found a better or more welcoming bank.

  Julie Baker is horrible! Do not go with them to get a mortgage! After ruinning my credit, they denied our loan! Do not trust this bank!

  Was a customer at this branch for 9 years, until moving out of state. Amazingly friendly staff - very easy to work with, very responsive and personal.
