Madison Lowe2Normally I have a good experience at this location everyone is normally very nice. But the past few times that I went there to discuss important issues involving my bank account I have had Karen. She is rude and not understanding and not willing to help. I wanted to close my old account and open a new one and she tried to talk me out of it even though I told her several times during this visit that is what I wanted to do so she insisted that I shouldn't. I thought they were there to service their customers? Every time I have to deal with her I leave VERY unsatisfied. Since I live in Tates Creek I don't want to have to go to another location just because of one person. Aside from other problems I have encountered with PNC I am seriously considering switching banks all together.
