  Finding a good Dr/surgeon is imperative and a matter of trust. When you find one, you stick with them. I'm glad I trusted Neil and his team with my refinance. The process was flawless and smooth. He has over 20yrs experience I think and he knows how the system works. Not only did he provide the best options for my house, he also provided me with the best options for me personally. I have to say a huge THANK YOU!!! I would certainly recommend and happily work with Neil again. Cheers!

  10 out of 5. Absolutely flawless experience, Neil and his team are by far the best I dealt with, or heard about. Refinancing was a breeze (all hiccups were being taken care of by Neil) , rates were very good, pace and communication excellent. I know that this kind of excited reviews looks unusual, but I think it's a rare case of truly excellent customer service and value.

  I refinanced twice with them and I highly recommend to check them out for your mortgage needs. The refinance process is very smooth at a competitive rate. Not only the process is secure and the rate is great, but Neil & the team will also monitor the market for you and, as needed, proactively offer to refinance and save you big $$$.

  I got a tip from a friend that I should contact Neil about refinancing. I gave him the particulars on two loans without much expectation. I was wrong, both loans far exceeded my expectations. The approval process was not difficult and the approval time was quite short. I could not have done better.
