  Alex Gast is one of the representatives here who gave me a very condescending attitude for not having my ID on me — I was shocked by the low level of customer service. The last time I came here I also saw that he treated white customers well and gave a working class POC family a really hard time. I’m really disappointed and do not recommend people use this branch.

  The ATMs were shut down today. When I went into the bank to withdraw funds they took the money out of my daughters account when I had specified I wanted funds from the primary account. This has NEVER happened before. This isn't a complicated transaction. Had to turn around, go back and fix that mess and withdraw funds from MY account when my daughter sent me a text. These two ladies working the counter, one of which was not available for customers, need to stop chatting with each other when customers are in front of them if they're not able to adequately do a simple withdraw.

  Called 7 times in one hour but nobody answered the call. Hard to believe the service gets so lousy after 25 years as Chase customer.

  With so many people doing online banking it is always easy to get help from a teller even on a Payday Friday. Back when I was 18 to 25 you had to wait in long lines on payday to cash your check or deposit it. Every once in awhile I have to do business at the bank because I had a check lost once through the teller machine at another brand name Bank. The tellers are always eager to help and even fill out the deposit slip for you. You loan agents would I imagine our vice presidents are always there to help as well and offer assistance with loans or whatever.

  I when to open up a account only to have the account locked by the bank 3 day later and when I call the 1800. I was transferred from one person to a other 3 person later I was told to wait for 8 min. That turned to 45 min after a person pickup look in to my account And send me back to the bank were I opened the account original. The banker looks on the account and the problem is on how they open the account as business account . At this point I want to close the account and go somewhere else I am still waiting at the back on 50 min waiting hold that was about one hr ago. Not good.

  I was robbed of $2800. At this branch by the bank I opened a checking account only to have the account locked by the bank I been trying to get the problem take care of on the phone and in branch.in totally I have spent about 8 hrs The backer ask me to sign the withdrawal slip to get the money out only to came back with you need to return a different day for you money.

  I usually do not write reviews, especially not to banks :) I find a great banker to work with at the Middlefield chase bank, his name is Joe cock and he is very professional and pleasant to work with. He really cares about his clients. It is rear to find those days.

  Usually a great branch. I just pulled out 6 unusable ripped bills from the atm and they did not seem overly concerned. Check your cash before driving away!

  Edward Weller gave some fantastic service, other bankers I am not sure of. 20 minute wait to see a banker.

  There are 2 ATM at this branch only 1 teller 1loan officer 1branch manager
