  Very clean very new and never busy! It is a little bit of a maze with the new remodel that they have done to most of their banks. Also it does have a glass protection between the teller and the customer. The ATMs are located inside as well. They have a little bowl of mint in the front which is very nice.

  Jorge Cervantes is the bank manager to support this site on the day of my visit. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful. He went out and beyond to support the other staff. Komal Is the banker who was attentive. She offered extra time in order to complete the work - the location is supposed to close at 4pm but she was there trying to resolve things until 5pm. They were very professional and nice. I really appreciate their help. Excellent service. Thank you!

  This location appears to be out of business. The ATM is still functional but the lobby gates are permanently closed and do not match the posted business hours. Go somewhere else.

  They’re not actually open! Came all the way over here at noon on a Friday and the entrance was barred.

  They don't know about their own services. They should also be embarrassed of themselves. The big Rich Bank doesn't even provide a bathroom while the McDonald's across the parking lot does.

  Wait until they collected multiple overdraft payment without saying a word. Customer support staff do nothing and willing to close your bank account.

  Update: Service improved in the past year or so.
