Audio Engineer H.Q.1Horrible Customer Service. An organization interested solely in themselves and not in their customers. Banking Services and Technologies are outdated and clientele treatment is subpar to other banks. Save yourself the trouble and go to a larger bank that has better technology and treats customers like human beings and not just a cash flow commodity. Reply to UCU: No thank you, already went to Bank of America and loving it.

Artur Pirog1Rarely leave reviews, but it was too much. Called the twice and sled all questions possible, then came fill out everything in person, been told that they will call me later same day, guess what-no one called. I called them about 20 times trying to get anyone’s attention, finally they said that can’t move on since I got no business accounts with them for past 2 years which they knew after my first call. Then we agreed to move on on my personal... wasted 2 days nothing.. Claudia, Caurne, Raul-very uneducated employees period. Do not waste your time guys.

Oliver Solorzano2Not one single monthly account / bank or credit card makes it so difficult to pay my monthly loan payment. Do the research before you commit because there is no other way to pay than to send a check via snail mail (ancient means) or walk in. For those of us who like to think we are in the 21st century with technology on our side, this a really bad idea. For the traditional, this bank offers better rates on car loans than car max. that is about all I know. Hardly a three but hey, they might wake up some day.

Steven Green1really poor service re notifying of "inactivity" lock-outs of website, deactivation of ATM card, etc. Even though I log-in monthly, my failure to make a deposit recently rendered my account "inactive" with NO WAY to reactivate via mail, web, phone conversation with manager, or online. Must physically walk into branch -- I will do so to close my account.

khadian richards1Went for notary there was none. Went another day there was only one person there to help customers. All the representatives should be a notary if the service is available. The service wasn’t this bad 5 years ago. Management, if it’s not broken don’t try to fix it.
