      This particular location is AMAZING. The staff is always courteous and professional. I have been banking with CNB for over 25 years and the people that work here are exceptionally good at their jobs.

      Have been waiting 30 min to speak to a bank rep. I see they take their sweet, precious moment instead of making things to the point and let's wrap it up because there are 10 people waiting. Management needs to look into this.

      Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever! Customer service is very unprofessional, especially the branch located on 13500 SW 120th St., Miami FL 33186. I do not recommend this bank to anybody!

      No wait time here at the lobby it it's incredible. The customer service is really bad. This is one of the reasons I'm not a customer of Wells Fargo.

      The problem is that there are three tellers open and only have one or two open with a line of eight plus people.

      By far the worst banking experience you can imagine. Drive-thru is always Understaffed with only one teller, A typical transaction can take you between 25 and 30 minutes. Commercial banking lane doesn’t have a container to send transactions so you have to open our car door and reach into the compartment to recover your receipt. Just a very inconvenient bank with a management team doesn’t care to better their service.

      Waited over 20 minutes in drive-up with long lines for regular and commercial banking. No explanation why the long wait time. This branch as a history of incompetence, arrogant and asinine employees. If it wasn’t for me being forced to have a joint account here with my child’s father, I won’t. Nevermimd we both have had our cards replaced over 20 times in four (4) years due to FRAUD and the bank can not give us an explanation.

      To: The Branch Manager, Wells Fargo Date: 9/15/17 To Whom It May Concern: This is to inform you that I am cancelling all of my accounts with Wells Fargo. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over seven years including a loan for my vehicle, which I successfully competed. I recently became a business owner and I chose Wells Fargo to open my business checking account. As any other small business the first months are extremely tough where you find yourself utilizing all personal funds available to keep it running. I deposited a check via mobile deposit on my business checking account and was held for approximately ten days. I called and visited your branch to release the hold on funds, since the check was deposited by me and was completely legitimate. My request was not honored and to add insult to injury I needed the funds immediately to cover my personal bills. Your institution dropped the ball when I needed you the most therefore I’ve decided to cancel my four active accounts. I cannot bank with an institution that is not human. Thanking you,
