  i am posting this review for my brother and sister in law they are sellers that have been dealing with universal real estate and lending representing the buyer i have been doing real estate over 20 years and i have never seen any company so terrible they are all in cahoots with each other they don’t follow through they make up stories sadly i don’t think they know what the word Fiduciary means even after the agent went to buyers house to help get documents needed to close escrow (which is now 20 days late) they still can’t get it right PLEASE BEWARE

  Jaime Iracheta is an irresponsible lending agent. Talks out of both sides of his mouth. I would avoid at all costs. He even went so far as to tell me he wasn't making much money on this deal.
