  The fact I'm a member and have to wait outside in the cold to deposit my check to avoid a hold is Ludacris.... if I use the ATM you hold my money, so I have to wait in the freezing cold...horrible

  Why Bother...Been with G1 for over 2 years, with Direct Deposits from my Employer and a long work history. Have 3 to 4k in my account and decent credit. They denied me for a 10k car loan on a car that is still worth 14 to 15k. Banks like this that just takes advantage of your money but when you like or want its help...Denied, Why Bother.

  When I go inside the bank,the tellers are always fast, friendly, with a smile. This is one of the best banks I have ever been a member of, they go that extra courtesy to help.you.When there's a big line and I think I will be their forever, they open up with more tellers and maybe 10 to 12 minutes, they are fast !! Also great interest rates and I have a Golden One Platinum Visa and I use it for everything ! You get cash back in your savings account ! Last year it came out to 48.00 dollars ! Free money just using their card !...Randy...

  I have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding why my 1st paycheck is being held. I was told it would be released the 9th of January and now they say it's being held til the 25th. I would like my money to pay bills cause that's why I work. Not for a bank to dictate when I'll be able to use my money.

  Great customer service But they like to put 9 day hold on any check Even if it's in townI I could understand a check from out of town This is the 2nd time they did this Managers are unforgiving And do not care whether you get your money

  Slow!!! The wait is always rediculous there is never more then three tellers everytime i go in. Theres 6 windows that they could put to use but they never do. Once u get to the window 45 min later their friendly but the wait is crazy. They need to either hire more people or call more people in. Whatever their problem is they need to do something about it. Any other bank has enough tellers. Golden one tellers never even say sorry about the wait or apologize for the lack of staff!!! Good banking experience if i never had to go in.

  This branch is a joke. I went to make a withdrawal and they told me that I had to schedule in advance a withdrawal as large as mine. LOL I was pulling out 15k to buy a car. I didn’t realize 15k was such an inconvenience for a credit union.

  I.T. Dept is poor at best. Online banking is always one sign on from failing you just when you need it.
