Super friendly and compassionate folks, something rarely found in finance from my experience. Jennifer and I know each other's family it is really great to have that kind of connection.

  This is a very good company! I had the worst time finding someone to approve me, but they gave me a chance and I've been rebuilding my credit and got the money I needed. I highly recommend giving Universal a chance.
