  Universal finance is a wonderful company I have had three different personal loans with them. The rates have been reasonable and they always have went out of there way to help me not only getting the loan but also helping me with differing my payment when I needed it.   I would like to thank Carol and her assistant they went above and beyond to call of duty in order to get my husband a loan even since we have had some bad lick on the last year universal finance was able to get my husband a used 2005 Harley Davidson road King something that he always wanted with low payments of you want to get a loan of any kind call universal finance company in Mooresville NC and ask to speak to Carol she is the office manager she and her assistant was.   So I applied for a loan here base of the reviews and wasn’t greeted with the so nice help. Called this morning to check on application was told that unfortunately at this time they could not help I didn’t get an explanation of why or any other options to fund the loan such as collateral the call was just ended with that statement

  Could not have been an easier process. Carole and staff are amazing, very nice and have great taste in what college to pull for 😁. I would recommend Universal to anyone that is looking for a finance company! No doubt

  They don't apply payments to your credit..no compassion for bad circumstances...They are a terrible company!!
