  Staff at this place is friendly and most importantly--FAST FAST FAST! They process all paperwork quickly and you are in and out before you know it! The icing on the cake is that the place also has the lowest rates in town--highly recommended!

  My experience was good until I had a financial difficulty, and the new title loan manager, Nikki, decided to reposses my vehicle even though I had talked to her less than 2 weeks before that and told her I was working on details, she never even tried calling me back with any questions before sending a repo guy out! My payments were on time and I had already paid off one loan I had with them! Inconsiderate and greedy!

  We NEVER repossess a vehicle without making dozens of phone calls over a period of weeks or months. As well, we send CERTIFIED Letters asking for a response. If and ONLY if we receive no response or payment, do we repossess a vehicle. We make NO MONEY repossessing vehicles, it is costly and time consuming to us. It is done only as a last resort when our customers stop making payments and make NO effort to contact us and work out a payment arrangement.

  My experience @ United Check Cashing & Title Loans of Claymont De. was one that I want to share with anyone and everyone. I will admit that I was skeptical at first considering I've never done this before. I was IMPRESSED. I couldn't believe the rates. The rates were the lowest in the area. I know because I've done my homework. So as unbelievable as it may have seemed that it was a guarantee that is exactly what I was provided. The process itself took maybe 20 mins if that. Once again another guarantee United Check Cashing & Title Loans provided. Customer Service is on top of their game and fast to provide you the service that you have requested. Not only was it fast service, lowest rates, but get this, they didn't hand me a check and tell me to see the teller. They handed me cash. I was in and out with cash in hand and on with my day. I'm going to be a repeat customer with the United and that I told them is my Guarantee.

  They always round up the juice when cashing my check. .50 and up, fine round to the next dollar, but .49 and down, they should round down. Not these crooks. This place has also run out of cash to cash checks a few times over the past year leaving people stuck with their tale between their legs until the next day unless they went elsewhere. Laughable

  This place is amazing. I went to a couple of other check cashing spots in order to compare rates, but this one has definitely the lowest rates. In addition, I noticed that their service level is very high--they are super fast and friendly. Finally a good check cashing place in this part of town!

  I highly recommend this location my experience there was UNBELIEVEABLE the people there were so nice and I was in and out of there in no time !!!!!! They also have a really low rate on title loans and the process was only 30 minutes can you believe it ? YES 30 MINUTES

  Well I haven't did my title loan yet going tomorrow 7/19 but I called and the lady on phone was very nice...she could answer all my questions..so I'm give it a try..

  Beware!horrible customer service!I paid off my loan 6months ago and they stillllll DID NOT GIVE ME BACK MY TITLE!they have been giving me the run around for months!lawsuit!!!!!

  We have been highly rated in customer service since inception. We've had zero complaints. As far as returning Titles we ALWAYS return them in a timely fashion. There are times however when the state (usually PA) has the title and takes several weeks, sometimes months to return them to us. This is obviously beyond our control.
