      I went to United Southern Bank to open up a checking account. I was pleasantly surprised to meet a wonderful banker named Ashley. She was bright. welcoming, personal and made the process pleasant and easy. It's always nice to feel comfortable and wanted in a bank institution. Especially since your putting your hard earned money 💰 into their building!! 5 STARS 🌟 for United Southern Bank and their workers !!!

      Not only is this bank a local community bank, the people of this bank treat me like family! I love that United Southern Bank will call personally if something is not normal with an account and they really have that personal touch. I will NEVER leave them and they have my business for life!!

      Just had to add my experience with them. Was notified over the weekend of suspicious activity on my card. They worked with me and within few days I was reimbursed. They even did little investigating for me. Customer service has always been very good with this institution.

      If there is a case of fraud at this establishment they make the account holder jump through hoops to regain the money that was stolen from them.
