  I took my gold chain and pendent that I bought for 1800 dollars too pawn it. She wanted too pawn it for 350 dollars, I would of done it since I really need the money right now but I didn’t I just felt really uncomfortable there and the way the lady would talk back to me just wasn’t right, I rather wait for my pay check Friday. Thank you tho

  I came in with high quality items the lady who runs the place mocked my items and me. Was absolutely rude. Refused everything. Even though the door says Cash for Most Everything. I went to another shop and they brought most everything I had right away for $50 which is exactly what I thought it was worth. Avoid this place like the plague they don’t care about customers or making money for themselves apparently.

  I went in the store on 05/31/16 to sell a braclet and a few other items. I was met by a very rude old lady. She took my braclet and scratchhed it against a stone several times and when I asked what she was doing she told me that's how she's been testing gold items for over 17 years. She got upset with me for asking and said she was not interested in any of my items and have a good day. I am not sure if she treats all of her customers in this manner but my suspicion is she is a racist. If any one else has experienced the same I encourage you to write a comment. Minorties be aware.

  The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with my search of a shotgun. Would definitely recommend this pawn shop if you’re looking for a little hospitality while you shop.

  Went in there to pawn im 21 and my friend who is was trying to sell something is 18 the women looked at us and asked if I was his mom.... like seriously?!? She was short and rude didn't even look at what was in the bag which were nice tools.The store has nothing in it and what is in there is all crap

  If the person trying to pawn does not have an ID and another person uses their ID for us to do the loan we will turn down doing that pawn/buy as we can not determine the age and identity of the person claiming that the item is theirs. A person under 18 (and we have to assume they are with no ID) cannot enter into a pawn transaction and we are only able to do a pawn for them through another person if that person is a parent or a legal guardian by NC law. We do this to protect everyone involved.

  I went in for a gun transfer and dealt with an obnoxious and belligerent woman named Cathy. Never again! Shockingly horrible customer service!

  Sucks the woman there always trying to rip you off and her prices are too high I do not recommend!.
