  please do not do business with this "mortgage company" which after your loan gets approved will never ever pick up their phones or even tell you how the accept payments, INSANE you will be waiting on the phone for hours and "leaving a message for a call back" which will never ever happens

  When I was introduced to Keith Chabot my husband and I were entering the market as first time buyers. In addition, we both were wanting to relocate from New Jersey to Florida for quite sometime but we were clueless on how to begin the process with an agent or a lender while still living in NJ. Naturally, our needs were a bit different and my husband and I had loads of questions. Before he sent us the pre-approval letter, he called to speak with us about what it meant and what could change. He made himself available to me at pretty much any hour via phone, email and texts. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He’s also very straightforward. We both explained to him what our expectations were in terms of closing time and other particulars. He said he would meet those expectations but he surpassed them. I closed just in time (while going thru the Coronavirus pandemic event) - which was impressive to see how the closing was done electronically and the notary was able to meet us at the place we stayed while waiting for the closing. As a buyer I appreciated being walked through the process in a succinct yet thorough fashion. From pre-approval to closing- the journey was so seamless and we both consider to be super lucky because I’ve heard horror stories. I recommend him to anyone in the market.   I can honestly say I have never worked with a more professional and honest group of people. The standards to which this team holds customer service and client care is extraordinary. The amount of care that is put into every loan preparation, I have never witnessed before. When you are a client of this branch you can trust your best interest is going to be their primary goal. I have worked in many offices and states throughout the years and unfortunately in the past I have found my self advising clients to go elsewhere rather than my place of employment.
