      My mother and I had a Saturday appt with Maggie Ford at the Chase next to Cove Rd. I just want to say what a great representative for Chase Bank Maggie was. We needed to make several changes on Mom's accts and Ms. Ford was very patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. Mom is 88 and Ms. Ford was a joy to work with and she fixed and arranged everything that needed to be done. Chase is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Thank you again Ms. Ford for being so pleasant to work with.

      The better Business Bureau needs to investigate this branch. I have a relative who is needing help and its odd no one will help him. His claim was denied and he wasn't given any documentation of the error message and the atm machine did not disbursed a receipt or issue his money back. This is a red flag someone. A district managers needs to get involved at this point. There is fraudulent activity going on here.

      I recently deposited cash into my account using the ATM in the drive thru. As I deposited the cash the machine went into error mode. Now I have no funds and no receipt. I had to call a number and file a claim. Which will take them 10 business days. It's memorial day weekend and I get a hold of anyone. Ahhh frustrating!!!! Never happened before. So inconvenient!

      Alright I have been banking with chase for a long time. When I hear chase I think of great service, quick and fast response on any mishaps or errors wether it was mine or theirs. But never have I been more disappointed in Chase. I woke up this morning to a negative balance on my account, I look and found a check had been placed for a $1000. I try to check the app but can’t seem to look at it physically. So I call and see if they can just simply fix the problem and put my money back in my account. So long story short someone out there has check book(s) with my account number. Now every time they write a check for their bills it’ll be coming out of my account instead of theirs. It’s the weekend, I have no money and on top of that I have to wait 3-5 business. So I’m screwed thanks to chase on behalf of their mistake. Definitely going to close my account and find another bank. I don’t blame the people at this physical location, I blame chase itself for making the process harder than it should be. For anyone looking to bank with them now; my suggestion is go somewhere else for better service. Don’t go through what I’m in the process of, definitely not worth the hassle.

      I opened an account with chase and before i even recieve the card, my account was blocked because of suspicious activity when i never used the card. Im calling to correct the issue and the wait times are 50-60 mins. When i finally got in contact with someone i was told they could not hear me and got hung up on me. Following this i went to the chase branch very upset and due to the covid-19 i could not see anyone. So i called the branch by thier direct number and was told to call customer service again, therefore back at square one. If you want your money and time messed with then bank with chase. As a first time customers this situation has me upset and very unhappy

      This branch has not properly trained staff when it comes to fraud or restriction on accounts. I had to wait outside for over an hour!!!! just to be told that they couldn’t help me or resolve my issue. I called chase and they were able to remove the restriction on my account. I did this under 15 minutes. All they had to do was call the person that endorsed the check! This is a very common mistake with an easy simple solution. I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I got from the staff.this is my first bad review and they earned it!👍🏻

      So after having poor hours to service their clients do to the Wuhan virus outbreak. They open on Saturday and only have two of the 3 teller lanes open. Causing a backup and car chaos. I am the eighth vehicle in line and there are two people behind me. Get open, get back to serving your clients quit saving money by limiting hours and laying off employees. Banks in general should be open from 10-7 so the working class, can get their when they get off work.

      Went the other day and put my check in the machine took my check and wouldn't give it back said 10 day hold went to knock and they wouldn't even help me will be switching banks to td back very low standards for there customers

      I have been banking with Chase for decades, and NEVER have I dealt with such a worthless team as this branch. Get off of your personal calls, and do your job. Absolutely worthless ever single time I walk into this branch. Go to any other one than this one. Chase, you are wasting payroll on this team, 100%.

      Has a locked ATM entrance for after hours use for customers which provides security. Only Chase customers can enter using their "code" & the door locks behind them. With the concerns over being mugged or attacked at ATM's, this is a GREAT idea!
