  Horrible employees, not helpful at all. I hate using this bank and me and my family have had nothing but problems from them. Tried for a home loan and fought till we went to another bank and opened a brand new account. Horrible with overdraft fees and cannot prove where they come from. Its truly sickning. Hate this company and will be switching to a competitor. I have filled out their email reviews and nothing seems to change.

  First , I love the convenience of the location. I love the staff that I encounter when I go inside to take care of my business. They are very pleasant, quick and helpful. I love utilizing the teller option on the outside as well. I would recommend United Financial Credit Union as a great place to join as their financial institution.

  Everyone is super helpful and friendly. They've made things easy for me. I don't think the website is very user-friendly, but the in-person banking and phone banking are great.

  I have been a member of UFCU for over 20 years. Staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend becoming a member, they offer great loan rates and make the process easy.

  Everyone is so nice and helpful. Usually it's in and out - rarely did I ever have to wait. Great place to bank.

  It is time to switch my account to a different credit union. I am tired of the inconsistency with this credit union and how they handle business depending on who you talk too! This place has changed immensely in the last few years and the new staff has forgotten to get to know your customer.

  Okay credit union. Mortgage department not very intuitive and closing costs too expensive. Ended up going through a competing credit union.

  I have been with UFCU for a little over a year now. This is the first time that I have been to this location. It was a great experience as with the other locations. Ryan was a huge help today!
