  Good to get an emergency loan with of you exhaust all other options. Started talking repo before I even got 30 days past. . Friendly though. I had more to say earlier but when I posted this I got a call from Matt who took an interest in this post. He listened, and discussed what was going on. How many other places do that?? none. I have to say thank you again for the call. Also thank you to Ashley at the Bend branch for working out the issues.

  I was approved for two separate vehicles at a car lot, but decided I didn’t like their inventory. A friend of mine gave me the opportunity to buy her vehicle at a great price. A short time later I again applied for a loan for this privately owned car and was denied because they said my income wasn’t sufficient, even though two months before that nothing had changed in my life and the price of the car was only $600 more. I am convinced that they’re in with the auto dealers and neither would make as much money. I wouldn’t go to these people if you paid me! Okay....... I apologize....after some misunderstanding these people stepped up to the plate immensely and they more than made me happy. They were beyond helpful, very professional and I am very happy with United Finance! I was wrong about this company.

  The manager Ashley Johnson was very helpful and straight forward. Her customer service is outstanding and very friendly approach toward my situation. Definitely recommend this place!

  we were able to get a loan for our new durango!! we only had one day left before I would have lots my job of didn't have a vehicle. I was so tired of going through so many dealerships. Every time at the end we wouldn't get approved. it was depressing. went to united personally and by the end of the night we drove off an out new durango. Not to mention they helped keep my kiddos occupied and were ever son patient . even held my baby while we signed papers !!! can't say enough good about this company!!

  I love the folks at the Bend office. They've helped me survive some tough spots. I'd give 5* if they had lower apr but I can't complain really cuz they have been there when I needed financial assistance.

  I recommend them to all my freinds. They have the best staff I've ever been around. They work with you when you need help and can always answer your questions. The staff at this branch need a large raise for the work that they do for their customers.
