  Applying for a loan is never fun but I’ve used United Finance on a couple of occasions now and each time Robert and his team have been super friendly, responsive, and quick. There’s no prepayment penalties and I would highly recommend going to the folks at the Tacoma/Parkland office. Super nice people and not intimidating at all.

  I had a great experience. They was fast good customers service. I was discouraged because ni email, but please don't let this discourage you.Give them a try. Plus, I found direct contact was even better and I was more clear on what I need as for as my documentation jo back and forth emails was great. I hope this helps someone else.

  This is about the customer service, not about their loaning of money. They were all nice and friendly when I turned in an application for the loan. I was told I'd get a call back. I called 3 different times before I finally got the info that my loan was denied. In short, if they think you can make them $ they will happily deal with you. If you're denied, you aren't even worth a phone call back. Profits before people.

  They changed my future with lending me enough funds to get a really decent car. I thank all the staff for being kind and handling my auto account with professionalism if I run into any problems. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Have nothing to say real negative about my experience with UFC. The loan process went smoothly and quicker than I thought. However making a payment has certainly become a bad experience for me thus far. We will see after I talk to the office of UFC this morning

  Customer service is a hit and miss with this company. Seems there is a brake in communication amongst the co-workers. Information that I provide pertaining to my account doesn't get noted. You will receive several calls about situations you have already handled. Not to mention each call is from a different person, in a different locations. "Customers Service Representatives", have no tact when dealing with customers. Tact is key to handling accounts. A customer should never feel harassed, disrespected or threatened. Seems corporate may need to invest in some training courses.
