The entire process and experience was excellent. In light of Covid, I never had to leave my house a single time during my loan process. Even the closing process took place at my home with skilled professionals. I highly recommend United Faith Mortgage for all your home lending needs.

  Quick and painless! My husband and I knew it was time to refinance and it was so easy with Ryan @ United Faith Mortgage. He and Denise took the time to answer all our questions and provided everything we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. We were able to save over $300/month which is desperately needed in the current economy. All the prep work was signed easily via electronic signature and the notary came to our home (in his mask) to sign closing docs--it was great! We would definitely use them again in the future.

  Joshua Sporn and Debbie Narein of United Faith is an excellent team. We’ve used them twice now. One time for a cash out mortgage, and the second time to refinance. They don’t just answer all your questions, they answer them very promptly. Usually, I get a response within minutes of sending an email or calling. Refinancing you home can be stressful, but Joshua took care of us. He made to keep us updated on the process. They are highly recommended.

  I used this company after hearing about them on the radio 'The River 104.9' to purchase my 3rd house the summer of 2019. It was a much smoother process with this company than the lender i used the previous 2 times. I just finished my refinance the fall of 2020 and still great experience! Would continue to use them and recommend others to use United Faith Mortgage for all their home buying needs.

  I HIGHLY recommend working with UFM. We just completed a re-finance with them in less than a month. They got us an amazing rate and the process was fast and easy, no surprises! We worked specifically with Joshua and Linda and they were friendly, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure we got the right loan for us. We will definitely be coming back to Joshua and Linda next time we need a loan and will be recommending them to friends and family

Stuart updated me every step of the way, and kept everything moving along. It was by far the easiest re-finance I've ever experienced.   My dad and I fell into a difficult time during 2020. We needed to make many repairs to our house and I had to catch up on paying past debt so I could help pay monthly bills. I heard about United Faith Mortgage on the radio station and gave them a call. Tom and Denise were very knowledgeable and helpful in our situation.
