      Fusion Auto Finance was courteous and understanding. I was able to extend my lease with no hassle and with amazing customer service. I worked with AJ to make arrangements during COVID and they were able to work with me and provide me with the best options.

      Do NOT use this company and do not lease a car that goes through Fusion. They are a complete scam in my eyes and after 27 years of leasing vehicles I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company with an intent to scam customers. Specific Shane to “Supervisor” Andrew for his bully tactic and unprofessional communications. Updates: after below PR manager called me. There is still no resolve and company still trying to scam money and are unethical IMO. They basically offered me a small amount off if I would take this review down. Stick with other creditors like US Bank or TFC.

      My experience this morning with Fusion was impeccably wonderful, and that is because of Ms. Rachel Gonzales, who was more than helpful. She was empathetic; she understood my slight frustration with an invoice I had received that I felt was an unfair charge. Not only did she lower the invoice at first, but she went ahead and cancelled the entire amount. It was not a huge invoice amount, but I did feel that it was not entirely fair for me to receive it, and Rachel was more than understanding, and was just a simple pleasure with whom to deal. Alex, with whom I first spoke, was just as kind and understanding, and he transferred me to Rachel. JOB WELL DONE!!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! :-)

      Unfortunately I have to put 1 star and they do not even deserve that. I was told I MUST return my lease to them and the dealership told me I did not have to. In doing so I lost major amount of money in equity which would have saved me on my next lease. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I DEAL WITH FUSION AUTO FINANCE!!!! GARBAGE

      Terrible Company to deal with. Before my lease return, I called them numerous times. No one every answered the phone and never returned calls. After returning my car to Jeep dealer, upon leasing another Jeep, I got a bill. They charged for disposition fee, which should be waived because I got another Jeep. They claim has to be handled by dealer. They charged for a missing manual, which was returned with the vehicle. They charged $100 for Carpet-Smoke odor. This was really a ridiculous charge. My daughter doesn't smoke, but even if she did we didn't lease a Non Smoking car. Petty charge of 9.18 for over mileage, which I expected to pay, but the dealer said they wouldn't charge for mileage under 200 miles. The only charge I expected to pay was for the cracked plastic on the rear tail light, but I think $224 was an excessive charge. Now that I leased another Jeep, before knowing all this, I am stuck with Fusion again.

      Returned a leased vehicle at the Farmingdale NY location, and while my vehicle had low mileage and no problems, everything went smooth. Staff was polite, facility was spotless. Overall a good experience. Provided Uber ride home for free.

      The wear & tear charges that Fusion has billed me were absolutely ridiculous. Claimed there were scratches on the body of the car- this was a lie. I had gotten any small scratches repaired (Over 500$) a week before and it was spotless, even confirmed by the dealership where I dropped it off. Also claimed there were more than 10 large scratches on the hood of the car- this was also a lie. There was 3-4 big scratches on the hood that I can confirm. Also, $150 to replace a floor mat? Unbelievable. When I went to call the number to dispute these charges, it was a phony number that redirected me to another phony number. Would never consider using Fusion again unless I have this resolved. Customers beware! Make sure you take a detailed video before and after the car inspection!

Any charges that occurred as a result of your vehicle inspection are at wholesale prices and are only for returning your leased vehicle back to its expected condition. Fusion does not make money on excess wear and tear charges. As you will see in the documents that were sent to you, a pre-inspection is also offered to all our customers. This gives you the chance to learn of any chargeable wear and tear before your return date and allows you to get repairs at any auto shop before your final inspection.       Terrible customer service . Lack of communication. Very rude employees . Expected me to return a lease 4 hours from where I lived with out even trying to provide any sort of transportation. Would not allow me to return lease to dealer . Also over charged for 8 heavy scratches as they reported . Car was spotless and in mint condition. 6,000 miles under my mileage allowance . Sent me letters about disposition fee I called multiple times in reference to the charges was told I would receive a call back , never got one . I would never recommend or use this company again and will be filling complaints with the appropriate parties.
