  The last 3 times I have rushed from work to make it to this branch on a Saturday, You have already locked the building down 15 minutes early. Today for example. In my truck in the parking lot at 11:25. Get done filling out deposit info for all accounts & lookup & there isn't a soul in site & doors are locked at 11:47. Maybe if you are going to close early, You should display that on your business hours.

  If you go into the bank or use their drive-through, everything is fine. They are very "home townish" in the way they treat their customers. Going inside is fine, too. They have issues that come and go with their online bill pay system though - it does seem to stall out or be down more often than I think should be the norm. Overall a good place, though.

  I went to the bank to open a business account and Mrs. Charlotte answered all my questions. I totally recommend this bank. They greet you as soon as you. I’m happy with the decision I made to open my business account here.

  This has been my bank for 28 years. I started with them when they were Independent Bank and Trust. They are always friendly and willing to help you any way they can. I have tried other banks and always come back to United Community Bank.

  Best bank in the area! Customer service is absolutely fantastic!
