      I just walked out of this bank the customer service level since the last time I came have really changed it's terrible especially the guy last named Lopez he actually was a sarcastic a$$ hole to say the least my intentions was to only have important documents faxed over if i came in and requested it's obvious not the first time as long as you have an account with Wellsfargo documents like getting notarized documents or faxed documents I have never been charged or denied until today not one time did mr Lopez ask if I had an account or not he was just so quick to advise me what Wellsfargo can't do instead of what Wellsfargo can do he has no customer service skills he just there to get a check had the nerve to tell me to go Ups they are real nice and that he was surprised they are so nice ijs do better customer service is no #1 at the end of day.

      Wells Fargo--Powder Springs, GA My drive-through experience on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 @ 4:30pm was frustrating and unprofessional. On my 45 minutes commute from work, I arrived at drive-through @ 3:50pm, only 2 cars ahead of mine. I waited patiently for over 25 minutes, then it was my turn and I pulled up to the Pneumatic tube. Teller asks: “how are you today?” I responded that I was frustrated with a stern voice. Teller, Indian/black female decided to put me on hold, came outside the bank and started asking the driver behind me for ID, account information and ignored me. Who does that??? My transaction was simple--I needed cash withdrawal, form filled out and ID sent into Pneumatic tube. Her customer service was nothing but frustration and unprofessionalism. Thank goodness I have multiple accounts with different banks, the majority of my banking needs are handled by Bank of America. Recommended solutions: Well Fargo needs to re-train Teller employees and increase ATM daily withdrawal from $300 to be inline with competitive banks. Bank Of America ATM daily withdrawal is $1500. Wells Fargo needs to keep up with market changes and financial needs of its customers. Or risk being absorbed by a bigger bank.

      This was the worst experience ever! When people say that they treat you based on your appearance it is so beyond true. I have been coming to this bank for the past 2 years. Never had a complaint. Every time I come in, I get a good morning, tellers smile and get great customer service. Usually, when I come in I have my hair done, full face of makeup and in my usual business clothes.However, today I took a sick day from work. I walked into Wells Fargo whom I have 2checkings account and 1 credit account with to make a deposit. Of course as I mention I am sick I had some basketball shorts on with an old shirt and slippers. I did not receive a good morning. The greeter looked at me up and down, the teller Julia did not even acknowledged me. I had a check for a large amount, I get it. Bank must do their due diligence, but don’t take my check to another teller without asking me to hold on, excuse yourself , or at least tell me what’s going on. Once Julia took the check to the African American woman, the African American woman looked at me over and over again instead of doing their verification and focusing on that verification . So I took it upon myself to walked over and asked “what’s going on” the African American woman said they must do a verification. I said “okay thank you , it would have been nice to know what’s going on rather then the teller Julia just walking away from me without any communication or acknowledgement” Wells Fargo is not currently my primary bank. I used the card more so for only “bills” and “fun money” This large check was going to make Wells Fargo my primary bank as I was going to close my other credit unions and transfer all my funds to this Wells Fargo account. Due to this treatment today, I will not do that. I will keep my find another bank, assure to pull all mass majority of the funds tomorrow once the check clears, and keep using Wells Fargo for “Fun Money” I’m sure another business will rather have my life savings and a trust fund.

      When I used them a time ago, they required a driver's license and your debit card both as ID in the tube when going through the drive-thru. One day the teller told me to "hold on" and she walked away for a moment, saying there was a computer issue. That night, I saw a $400 transaction on my debit card for an out of state toy store... and the thing is, I NEVER use my debit card in stores or online and hadn't for over a year... only that day as an ID in the drive-thru. The tellers there seemed to turn over quite often. I addressed it with the manager after filing a police report but she seemed oddly nonchalant about it. Later went in to close my account and an employee though a series of not quite so subtle comments didn't seem surprised at what happened. Said he would make sure corporate was made aware of it. No idea of he did or not. I filed my police report and was able to fix the transaction before I was billed. After hearing the details the police believed the teller when walking away with my debit card may have used a machine to duplicate it - only the surveillance video might have proven it, but I never did get a follow up on the results even after inquiring about it via email to Wells Fargo. I personally would keep my money under a mattress before I'd use that place again - your mileage may vary.

      My mom made an appt to have my brother and I sign some papers at this location and the earlier appt ran 20 min over. NOW I understand why this bank gets such LOW marks. The bankers are slow and book appts too close together.

      So unprofessional the lost my payroll check. I was given a receipt. Showing that the deposit had been made. I went to store days later. Debit declined. I was so embarrassed. I could not free my children. Then I called customer service and was told it would take 10 days or more to resolve my issue!

      I have been to this Wells Fargo couple times , same goes for other locations and always had great customer service and warm welcome. But yesterday was just by far the worst and unwelcome visits I have ever experienced. The Personal banker(Victor) that assisted me had that vibe of not wanting to help you and the more I needed help with something, half he didn't know the answer to or just didn't want to answer to avoid of continuing to help. I needed help with adding text alert and what he said to me was just the most unprofessional responds, "Just follow the procedures." Wasn't this the reason I asked for help? The feeling is like this, when you going on an interview the most strictest company in the world. I almost felt I wasn't allowed to breathe, no interaction or small conversation. Never again.

      The people here have always been nothing but good and polite to me. They all no me, my husband and even my children and grandkids by name. I want to to any other Wells Fargo. I ONLY use this branch.

      The bank manager with the purple wig and saggy skin and her employee Angelina were very unprofessional. As a manager or higher up she needs to conduct herself more professionally instead of talking about customers while they are still there.
