  I have been here a few times to cash my checks and I never have a problem with the guys that work there. However. every single time I get the lady that works there she gives me the nastiness attitude. I just went there to cash a money order for $40 and she refused to cash it cause I signed it in my car not knowing that she wouldn't cash it if I didn't sign it in front of her. I'm on file there for cashing checks and have my DL to prove my identity. So I ask her where can I cash it at then ? She threw her hands up and said your bank. I told her u dont have a bank and she basically said oh well. I guess I will not go back to this place n I liked going there cause levels is great except her nasty attitude she always gives me.

  I don’t understand the bad reviews I’m a regular customer even though I don’t have to be. These are the nicest people. There is a sign clearly stating that they don’t cash presigned checks. I’ve gone to them off and on over the years. During the pandemic it was far easier to go there as opposed to dealing with the banks. This is a small business theyre always there and they take a chance with every check that they cash. I’m always in and out of there. They also have great hours. I think it’s a good place to go.

  My first time there to cash my check the lady was sitting at the game machine playing her game, she realized how the person in front of me kept getting this and that one at a time instead of getting everything at once and it was taking forever and she asked what I was there for and I told her to cash a check, she said let me see the check, I gave it to her, she called to verify I work there and then she told me to hand the guy my ID until she noticed that my boss forgot to sign the check so she told me to come back.. the next day I came back and she remembered me and process my check and all of that and didn't have no problem at all.. I go there every week to cash my check and get a money order and I'm in & out within 5 minutes as long as there's no huge line.. the lady is always nice and respectful to me and never had a problem with her.. I will keep going to this business until they give me a reason not too.. as long as you go in there with everything ready to go you'll be in and out! And words of advice.. if you're going there to cash a check, DONT SIGN IT u til you give her the check to cash and she hands it back to you to sign so she can cash it for you.. simple as that

  Small Mom and Pop business and if you want to do business with them then make sure you have all your paperwork in order then they may choose not to do business with you for good reason plain and simple!

  I went in today to see if I can cash my money order soon as I walked in I seen the look of being judged. I am a black Muslim women and the clerk there looked at me like I wasent welcomed. She didn't even greet me I had to speak first and when I asked a question she answered it with a nasty attitude. She talk to the gentleman that was before me nice and with respect I guess because he was of the same race as her. I heard of this type of discrimination but this is my very first time going through it. To top it off she didn't even cash my money order. Her excuse was the machine was down I never heard of anything like that. I am truly hurt and bothered

Unfortunately from time to time our machines do go down not because oc us but because of network issues that we cannot control.   Went to cash my check today and the lady that works there told me i couldnt because they dont cash presigned checks smh i signed it on counter near door i guess because i didnt sign in front of her. She asked me when i signed it i said right before i got up here i signed it on the other counter.She told me well you didnt sign it in front of me so i cant cash it..Waste of my time

  Hello Kryssi, we're sorry about the inconvenience you had at our business. However, due to high levels of fraudulent incidents occurring surrounding cashing checks, we have all customers sign the checks they want to cash in front of us so we can verify the signature and person signing. Very rarely will you find a business willing to cash a presigned check.   Tried asking this guy about cashing a money order and was trying to make me take a 30+ minute trip to his place to see if he can cash it even though I’m explaining it to him over the phone so I didn’t go up there for nothing.

  Owner and son very nice fast service. The lady yeah she got to go. Would have given 5 stars but they need to lower their check cashing rate it's almost as high as Amscot.
